1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Company Services

We provide:

• Custom software development & SaaS products
• IoT device integration & cloud dashboards
• IT infrastructure solutions, hardware sales & AMC support

Details of each service may be governed by separate project agreements or SLAs.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Not misuse, hack, reverse-engineer or replicate our software
• Comply with all applicable IT, cybersecurity, and data laws
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

4. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, dashboards, logos, source code, documentation, trademarks, and hardware schematics belong to ASTRAWIN INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED unless expressly transferred by written agreement.

5. Software Licensing

• SaaS & licensed software is provided on subscription or one-time license model
• Unauthorized duplication, resale or redistribution is strictly prohibited
• Source code remains property of the company unless contractually transferred

6. IoT Device & Hardware Warranty

• Standard warranty: 1 year unless specified otherwise
• Warranty does not cover damage by improper handling, water damage, electrical surge, or modification
• AMC & extended warranty may be purchased separately

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Loss of business, profits, data, or indirect damages
• Third-party service failure (cloud provider, network operator, etc.)
• User misconfiguration, unauthorized access, or security breach caused by client

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if:

• User violates terms
• Payments remain overdue
• Illegal or abusive activity is detected

User may terminate by written notice, subject to non-refund of past payments.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Republic of India.
